This work is a cartographic project that proposes a geolocation of the reforestation plots present on the route of the Great Green Wall, an inventory of all existing data and their integration into a GIS database. Available data on vegetation, soil, fauna and rainfall of the reforestation plots will be identified, collected and compiled. The landscape of the plots will be mapped using landscape ecology methodologies at the regional scale (100 km2) and at the local scale (km2), the forest parameters of the vegetation will be defined through biophysical variables (Fcover, LAI, FAPAR...). All these data will be integrated into a free GIS ecological database that can be updated as needed.
