The Great Green Wall in Africa, its role, its implementation methods and the scientific studies conducted on its impacts are still largely unknown to the general public. A lack of communication towards the general public, the popularization and enhancement of the results obtained, both from an operational and research point of view, is therefore a priority today. This is why the objective of this project is to promote access to knowledge related to the Great Green Wall to the general public and to scientists working on the subject, through the creation of educational materials, and communication through social networks and websites of the OHMi and its laboratory (IRL 3189 ESS). To this end, a student recruited for a 6-month internship will have the main task of popularizing the research conducted within the OHMi and formatting it for publication in the various formats available (creation of social network accounts, updating of website information). In collaboration with the governance of the Labex DRIIHM, the intern will work with the researchers involved in OHMi Téssékéré and the actors of the implementation of the GGW in Senegal. Eventually, the visibility of the research carried out on the Great Green Wall by the OHMi Téssékéré (Senegal, Burkina Faso), as well as the dissemination of the concrete results of the implementation of this wall will be increased.
